Mikke Mali started their work experience in 2014 as a Sales Representative at helpotkotisivut design avoin yhtiö, where they handled prospecting, inside sales, and customer service. Their responsibilities included assisting customers with SEO, Google Adwords, and content marketing to enhance their business opportunities.
In 2015, Mikke Mali joined LeadDesk as a Sales Development Representative, where they introduced potential customers to the LeadDesk team in Finland and helped salespeople close more deals. Mikke then progressed to the role of an Account Manager in SME Sales from January 2016 to July 2017.
In August 2017, Mikke Mali became a Key Account Manager in SME Sales at LeadDesk. Mikke held this position until February 2021 when they transitioned to the role of an Enterprise Account Executive in Enterprise Sales Finland at the same company. Currently, there is no specified end date for their role as an Enterprise Account Executive.
Mikke Mali attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a field of study in Business Administration and Economics. In 2013, they also participated in a bilateral student exchange programme at Ajou University, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
