Matteo Iorio is an experienced Back End Developer currently working at Trust-IT Services since August 2023, while also participating as a mentee in the Lead The Future Mentorship program, which supports top-performing STEM students. Prior to these roles, Matteo held the position of Software Engineer at IRCCS Istituto Romagnolo per lo Studio dei Tumori "Dino Amadori," where a plugin for ImageJ and Fiji platforms was developed using Java and OpenCV. An internship as a Software Engineer at the MLH Fellowship involved optimizing cloud architecture for Ephemeral GitHub Runners. Additional work experience includes positions as a Sales Assistant at Leroy Merlin and a Bartender at Bagno Milano 46, along with a brief stint as a Web Developer at Technoconsolas. Matteo holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and possesses a comprehensive educational background in Information Technology.
