Michelle Reed is an experienced educational professional with a strong background in special education and instructional leadership. Currently serving as an Instructional Manager and Instructional Coach at LEAD Public Schools since July 2021, Michelle previously worked as a Special Education ELA Academic Specialist at McMinn County Schools and as a Case Manager at Chicago Public Schools. Additional roles include Learning Specialist at Learning Lab/Gateway Academy and Special Education Teacher at Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Special Education from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
