Grace B. has a long and varied work experience. Grace began their career in 2010 as a Programs and Services Intern for the National MS Society. In 2011, they took on the role of Marketing Coordinator for General Cable. Grace then held two roles as a Marketing Consultant, first for Domov Sue Ryder in 2012, and then for Draftfcb in the same year. That same year, they also worked as an Interim Consultant for Walter E. Smithe Furniture, where they developed a comprehensive marketing plan for two brands. In 2014, they became the Director of Marketing for BFO. In 2020, they joined Ahimsa Yoga Festival as a Co-Producer and Partner. Most recently, in 2017, they founded Lead Love.

Grace B. has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing Communications and Audio Arts and Acoustics from Columbia College Chicago. Grace also holds certifications from lynda.com, HubSpot, and Google, including Illustrator CS6 Essential Training, HubSpot Certification, Inbound Certification, and Google AdWords Certification, obtained in 2014 and 2015.
