Barbara Meiss serves as the Director of Leadership Development at Lead Like Jesus since 2015. In addition, Barbara is the Owner of Meiss Education Institute, a full-service training organization established in 2001 that specializes in seminars, speaking services, and facilitator training aimed at enhancing business dynamics. Previous roles include Director of Sales at The Bob Pike Group, Director of Training and Manager of Network Services at Carlson Learning Company, and a School Teacher with the United States Department of Defense. As a National Trainer at Personal Dynamics Institute, Barbara has led various certified seminars. Barbara holds an Advanced Degree in Special Education from the University of Minnesota Duluth, a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and has completed additional training with Dale Carnegie, Hospice Volunteer Training, and the Lead Like Jesus Organization as a Master Facilitator.
