Julie Zinn, M.A., PMP, SPHR has over 25 years of work experience in organizational development, coaching, and people strategies. Julie began their career in 1995 as a Director at Korn Ferry, formerly ESI International, where they held 10+ positions and was a strategic player in growing revenues from $20 million to $100 million. Julie was responsible for products that provided 70% of the company's revenue with Fortune 1000 clients. In 2009, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Spirae, a software and services company in the electric power industry. Julie navigated the company and its employees through periods of investment and growth as well as low cash flow and severe resource constraints. In 2018, they joined Bongo as the Chief People Officer, where they collaborated cross-functionally with leaders to establish a healthy and awesome company culture and drove strong employee engagement. Initiatives included creating world-class recruitment and onboarding processes, implementing a hybrid workplace, establishing professional development opportunities across disciplines, and implementing performance management systems. In 2022, they joined Employers Council as an Organizational Development Consultant and Shine! Catalyst Consulting as a Coach & Consultant. Julie is inspired to help people and organizations find their light so they can shine and grow.

Julie Zinn, M.A., PMP, SPHR completed a Master's degree in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University. Julie also holds two Bachelor's degrees, one in Entrepreneurship and Human Resources Management from University of Colorado Boulder and one in Music from University of Colorado Boulder. In July 2021, Julie obtained their SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and is a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute.
