Eddie Perez, Ph.D. has worked in a variety of roles since 1987. From 1987-2010, they worked in Senior Leadership roles at US Army Soldier for Life, where they managed operations professionals, validated competencies of mid-level managers, and prepared weekly mission briefings for the CEO and higher headquarters. From 2010-2013, they were the Principal Consultant at TierraFirma Consulting, where they were recognized for their contributions to the development of a Train the Trainer emerging leaders' program. From 2013-2017, they were a Faculty/Instructor of Organization Development and Leadership at the University of Denver - University College, where they worked with stakeholders to analyze student challenges and make data-driven decisions. In 2020, they were a Regional Director for The Urban Leaders Fellowship, where they worked to empower fellows to bring about real and lasting change in the community. In 2021, they were a Leadership Development Consultant at PowerTrain, Inc. and a Leadership Development Facilitator at DMS International. Currently, they are an Organizational Development Consultant at Employers Council.

Eddie Perez, Ph.D. began their educational journey in 2010 when they attended the University of Denver and obtained a M.P.S. in Organizational Leadership/ Strategic Innovation & Change. Eddie then went on to obtain a B.A. in Leadership in Organizations from the same university. In 2013, they returned to Antioch University to pursue a Master of Arts - MA in Leadership and Change, which they completed in 2016. In 2013, they also began their Doctor of Philosophy Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership & Change at Antioch University, which they completed in 2018.
