Vince Wilson currently serves as Regulatory Product Counsel at Lead since October 2023, where responsibilities include reviewing legal and compliance aspects of banking products, creating regulatory change management processes, and negotiating contracts with fintech partners. Prior to this role, Vince held the position of Associate General Counsel at First Electronic Bank, focusing on contract negotiations and compliance oversight. Vince was previously In-House Counsel for Compliance at IDS, Inc., where accomplishments included tracking mortgage disclosure requirements and advising on federal and state laws. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Legal Officer at Aukland Pastures, LLC, managing legal and operational aspects of a mortgage business, and working as an Associate Attorney specializing in civil litigation at SMITH, LC. Vince earned a JD from BYU Law School and a BA in Philosophy from Brigham Young University.
