Jihene Choyakh is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in banking, finance, and project finance. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) since September 2021, Jihene also holds a similar position at Proparco, Agence Française de Développement since July 2016. Previous roles include Associate positions in Banking & Finance at Herbert Smith and Projects & Energy at Simmons & Simmons, as well as a secondee role in the Legal Department - Energy & Commodities at Natixis. Jihene began a career in banking and finance at Gide Loyrette Nouel, enhancing competencies in the sector from 2007 to 2010. Jihene is academically equipped with qualifications from the CRFPA de Versailles and the Faculté Jean-Monnet at Université Paris-Sud.
