Ronak Vyas is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership across prominent companies. Currently serving as Cofounder and CTO at Lead Bank since 2022, Ronak previously held the role of Head of Engineering for Square Capital and Square Financial Services from 2017 to 2022. At Yahoo! from 2008 to 2017, Ronak led a global team of over 450 engineers as VP Engineering, overseeing significant products like Yahoo! Mail and Messenger, and successfully spearheading a multi-year rearchitecture of Yahoo! Mail's core infrastructure. Earlier roles include Director of Engineering at VeriSign, where Ronak managed the Digital Content and Messaging Services platform, as well as engineering leadership positions at EXP Systems. Ronak holds a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
