Jordi Roca is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in global mobility and international worker management. Currently serving as Director de Talento y Movilidad at Adlanter, Roca also holds a strategic role as Director of Global Mobility Solutions for the EU Posted Worker Alliance, the first European alliance dedicated to posted workers. Roca's expertise is further demonstrated through positions at ESADE Business & Law School and ISDE as an adjunct professor focusing on global employee mobility. Roca's career includes roles at PwC and Ernst & Young, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Labour Relationships from Universitat de Barcelona and specialized training in International Taxation and Trade Law.
