Quentin Morel-Lab has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Quentin began their career in 2010 as an Energy Analyst at EUROPIA and later worked as an Energy Analyst at GDF SUEZ in 2011. In the same year, they also took on a consulting project at Hache2i. Quentin then joined Sia Partners in 2012 as an Associate Consultant and moved to Capgemini Consulting in 2013, where they served as a Senior Consultant until 2015.
In 2016, Quentin joined Airbus Helicopters as a Commercial Operations Manager and worked there until 2018. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at PayFit France, initially as a Customer Success Manager, then as a Customer Success Team Lead, and finally as a Customer Expansion Team Lead. Since June 2023, Quentin has been serving as the Head of Operations & Customer Success at Le Wagon.
Quentin Morel-Lab completed a Master in European Business at ESCP Europe from 2010 to 2012, with a focus on International Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Master Degree in European Affairs and public relations from Sciences Po Grenoble, from 2008 to 2010. In 2014, they also became a BABOK Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP compliant).
