Patrizia Feroleto is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Losinger Marazzi SA since January 2019, Patrizia leads HR for 800 employees across six sites and plays a pivotal role in the company's cultural change. Previous roles include Vice-President of Human Resources at CSEM and Human Resources Director at Richemont, where Patrizia managed HR functions for significant employee populations and contributed to strategic management boards. Additionally, Patrizia is active as a regular columnist for Le Temps and as a member of the Cercle suisse des administratrices and the University Council at the University of Neuchâtel.
