Paolo M. currently serves as the Quality Manager for Major Projects at QatarEnergy LNG since August 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Quality Director for the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project at Air Products from 2022 to 2023. Paolo M. held various positions at Fluor Corporation from 2014 to 2022, including Director of Quality Operations, Project Quality Manager, and Quality Delivery Lead for Fabrication. Previous roles include Project QAQC Manager at Saipem (2004-2014), Technical Manager at GEOLOG International (2000-2004), Project Quality Manager at Rosetti Marino Group of Companies (1999-2000), Data Logging Engineer at Geoservices, a Schlumberger Company (1996-1999), and Technical Support Engineer at W. R. Grace & Co. (1993-1996). The collective experience encompasses a strong focus on quality management and technical support across various sectors within the oil and gas industry.
