Lucile Colin is an experienced project manager specializing in participatory budgeting and local democracy initiatives. Currently serving as Cheffe de projet Budget participatif for Ville et Eurométropole de Strasbourg since January 2018, Lucile coordinates and leads the participatory budgeting process in Strasbourg. Prior roles include Chargée de mission démocratie locale at Bout de chemin, where Lucile founded and directed an organization focused on citizenship education and intercultural projects in Southeast Asia, and Chargée de mission Education à l'Environnement et au Développement Durable at Association Ecophylle, facilitating sustainable development education in schools. Lucile possesses advanced degrees in Territorial Management of Sustainable Development and Environmental Engineering from Université de Bordeaux and Université de Montpellier, along with a Bachelor's in Sociology from Université de Strasbourg.
