Damien Cantard has a diverse work history that spans over several years. Damien began their career as an Assistant in Communication at the Festival 2 cinéma de Valenciennes in 2013, where they focused on implementing a communication strategy and managing stocks during the festival. Damien then worked as an Assistant in Communication at France Bleu Nord, where they organized a game for listeners and established partnerships with tourist and leisure locations.

In 2013, Damien also worked as an Assistant Project Manager at GL events, where they assisted in organizing the VAD. Conext and Immotissimo trade shows. Damien subsequently gained experience as a Commercial Freelancer at TeeTime Magazine.

From 2014 to 2016, Damien served as a Store Manager at Golf Shop Côte d'Opale, where they were responsible for sales, store replenishment, event organization in collaboration with golf courses and equipment suppliers, and store communication.
