Wanderson Da Silva has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Wanderson started their career at Shareton Hotel Rio as an F&B Assistent, where they assisted with supplies, food and beverage, and managed orders. Wanderson then worked at Marriott Hotel Rio as a Server, ensuring the consistency of food and beverage service during special events.

Wanderson continued their career at Hotel Fasano Rio de Janeiro as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, collaborating with staff to manage service for special events and implementing new procedures for venue operations. Wanderson also trained staff in the POS system.

Wanderson then joined AQuamar Brazilian women's store as a Sales Leader, interacting with customers, managing merchandise, and organizing the stockroom. After that, they worked at Local Thyme as a Floor Supervisor, managing front-of-house operations, coaching team members, and ensuring the overall restaurant flow and guest experience.

Wanderson gained further experience at Renaissance Hotels as a Floor Manager, overseeing breakfast and lunch service, guest assistance, and team supervision. Wanderson then joined Juice Press as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, where they developed marketing plans, communicated operational changes to the team, and promoted a positive atmosphere.

Wanderson also worked at Le Botaniste as an Assistant General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Supervisor, being part of a plant-based and organic restaurant. Currently, they are the General Manager at Lebotaniste.

Wanderson Da Silva obtained an Associate's degree in Management/leadership/marketing/tourism/hospitality/concierge from University Estacio de Sá, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Before that, from 2008 to 2009, they attended SOS Computer School Brazil and gained knowledge in POS system, Micros, and Dropbox account.
