Gaile Gordon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and R&D leadership across various roles in both established companies and startups. As Principal of Independent Consulting since March 2018, Gaile has provided expertise in advanced perception technologies and technical due diligence. Current roles include Operating Partner at Air Street Capital and Expert in Residence at LDV Capital. Gaile also advises several early-stage companies, enhancing their strategic direction. Previous positions include Chief Strategy Officer at Tandent Computer Vision, Vice President of Location Products at Enlighted Inc, and Principal Engineer for 3D Vision at Intel Corporation, contributing to the development of Intel RealSense Technology. Gaile co-founded TYZX, Inc, known for pioneering stereo vision systems, and conducted significant research in computer vision at Interval Research. Gaile holds a PhD from Harvard University and both an MS and BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering.
