Amanda Stavenger is an experienced professional with a robust background in property tax analysis and asset management. Currently serving as a Senior Property Tax Analyst at LDG Development, LLC, since September 2021, Amanda is responsible for maintaining a portfolio summary of property tax assessments and coordinating annual appeals. Previously, Amanda held roles including Subrogation Analyst at The Rawlings Group, where evaluation of recovery opportunities was key, and Director of Portfolio Management at Purestone Loan Services, LLC, overseeing the management of delinquent property tax lien investments. Amanda's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Paralegal at Meers & Associates, PLC, and as Owner/CEO of Accurate Abstracting Services, LLC, along with a managerial position at Southern Land & Title, LLC. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Justice Administration from the University of Louisville and has further academic credentials from Sullivan University.
