Jesse Jarrell is an experienced civil project manager with a strong background in engineering and land use planning. Currently serving as a Civil PM at LDC, Inc. since June 2021, Jesse previously held the position of Corporate Engineer at Western Engineers, Inc. from January 2004 to June 2021, where roles included project management, land use consulting, civil engineering, office management, surveying, and drafting. Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, following graduation from Snohomish High School.
