Brian Otori is a skilled software engineer currently employed by Learning Dollars Talent since February 2020. Alongside this role, Brian has been working as a virtual assistant since February 2019. In a brief tenure as Deputy Presiding Officer for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission in mid-2022, Brian specialized in troubleshooting the KIEMS kit and training clerks in its usage. An internship at the West Pokot County Government in late 2020 provided Brian with experience in network management and system updates at the Kapenguria County Referral Hospital. Brian's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kibabii University and a certification in Cloud Computing from the AWS Restart Program completed in April 2023.
