Sam Ilb has extensive experience in operations management and research planning across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at LCS since April 2017, Sam Ilb is responsible for planning psychological interviews and field follow-ups. In parallel, Sam Ilb has been a Financial and Production Planner at AMPO.TT since June 2005, overseeing finances and activities related to livestock, agriculture, and education. Previously, from June 2005 to July 2016, Sam Ilb acted as a Coordinator at AMPOTT, focusing on activity planning, coordination, and financial reporting related to youth recruitment and vocational training. Educational qualifications include a License and Technician in Livestock and a Master's in Clinical Psychology from the Université de Ouagadougou, alongside a degree in Animal Health and Clinical Psychology from ENESA.
