Jackie Hershey has a diverse work experience. Jackie started working at Glenn's Diner & Seafood House in 2008 as a General Manager, where they served until 2011. In 2018, they joined LCPtracker, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant, where they worked until 2019. Jackie then became an Operations Manager at LCPtracker, Inc. in November 2019, and their role continues to the present.

Jackie Hershey obtained their BS degree in Biology from Madonna University between 2002 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Barry University from 1995 to 1999, although they did not earn a degree during that time. In addition to their education, Jackie has also obtained various certifications, including "Microsoft Collaboration: SharePoint, Teams, and Groups" from LinkedIn in April 2020, "Office 2019 New Features" from LinkedIn in March 2020, "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in May 2019, "Executive Presence for Women" from LinkedIn in March 2019, "Office 365 New Features" from LinkedIn in March 2019, and "Microsoft Teams Tips and Tricks" from LinkedIn in February 2019.
