Kierston Schantz has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as the Director of Development Accounting at LCOR, INC since August 2018. Previous roles include VP of Accounting & Reporting for Mission First Housing Group from March 2016 to August 2018, and various positions at Miller-Valentine Group from August 2009 to March 2016, including Assistant Controller for the LIHTC Portfolio and Real Estate Accounting Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Staff Accountant at Reading Rock, Inc. and as a Staff Accountant/Accounts Receivable Manager at Ally Management, Inc. Kierston Schantz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Coastal Carolina University, earned in 2005.
