Michael Mast has served as a Mission Facilitator for the Northern Illinois District - LCMS since September 2007, focusing on guiding churches in their mission, vision, strategic planning, and management. Michael emphasizes the importance of engaging members as everyday missionaries who cultivate relationships and embody service. Additionally, as a certified coach, Michael provides support in areas such as team building, church planting, generosity, and discipleship. Prior to this role, Michael has experience as a Church Planter across six different locations from 1978 to 2007.
