Shay O'Brien has a solid work experience in the marketing and operations field. They started in 2006 as a Senior Manager for Call Center Operations at LCA-Vision, Inc. In 2009, they became a Senior Manager for Operations Support, continuing to work for the same company until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, Shay worked as a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing at LCA-Vision, Inc./LasikPlus, where they were responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing strategies. In 2015, they took on the role of Director of Digital Marketing & CRM at LasikPlus, and in 2017, they became the Director of Marketing & Operations at LasikPlus (LCA-Vision, Inc.). Overall, Shay has accumulated significant experience in both marketing and operations roles.
Shay O'Brien obtained a B.A. in Judaic Studies from the University of Cincinnati between 1994 and 1998. Afterward, Shay pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Salem International University from 2009 to 2011. In addition to these degrees, Shay also obtained a certification in Animal Psychology from Online Academies in May 2015.
