Justin Smith, MBA, currently serves as the Forest Products Manager and Commodity Trader at LBM Advantage since January 2023. Additionally, Justin is the Business Owner of First Home Improvement, LLC, a position held since February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Department Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from May 2021 to January 2022 and Director of Business Development at Guys Lumber and Hardware from August 2017 to April 2021. Justin also contributed to education as an Assistant Football Coach at both Allegheny College from July 2016 to July 2017 and Limestone University from July 2014 to May 2016, focusing on the offensive side of the game. Academically, Justin holds a Master of Business Administration from Limestone University and dual Bachelor's degrees in History and Philosophy from Lake Forest College.
