Thomas Elsworth-Smith is a seasoned professional with experience in business management and customer service. Currently serving as the New Business Manager EMEA at LBBonline - Little Black Book since September 2021, Thomas previously held the position of Head of Customer Service at UNIT, where responsibilities included managing a team to ensure efficient client service. Prior experience includes roles as a Retail Salesperson at FatFace and Bar Manager at The Rock Garden cocktail bar. Thomas holds a BSc (Hons) in Live and Studio Sound from Solent University, completing studies between 2010 and 2013, along with educational experience at Seaford College.
