In 2021, they were a Brand Strategist at Adventor Interactive and a Partner and Head of Relationship Management at LazyChat. In 2022, they became a Partner and Head of Relationship Management at Ontik Technology.

Ridmi Risad's education history includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA from Universiti Sains Malaysia, which they obtained between 2021 and 2024 in the field of Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Ridmi also earned a science degree from RAJUK Uttara Model College between 2014 and 2019.
