Haitham Diaa has work experience in various roles and companies. Haitham started working at masr oropa in 2003 as a Personal Assistant to the Director until July 2005. Then, they joined El Rabwa in September 2005 and worked as a Payroll Specialist until December 2007. In June 2008, they began working at L'azurde as the Personnel & Admin Section Head, and they are currently still with the company. Haitham Diaa is currently pursuing an MBA.

Haitham Diaa began their education at Ain Shams University in 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in law. Haitham successfully completed their studies in 2004, obtaining their Bachelor's degree in law.
