Michael "Agi" Kashis is a seasoned legal and business professional currently serving as Managing Partner CEO at Laytons ETL since April 2023. With extensive experience in corporate commercial law, Michael has been the Head of Company Commercial and Managing Partner for Strategy Implementation at Bishop & Sewell LLP since September 2014. Previously, Michael held the position of General Counsel at PetroQuest International Limited, a focused upstream oil and gas company. Michael's legal career began as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Clifford Chance LLP, progressing through roles as Trainee Solicitor at Kyriakides & Braier and Associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin.
