Alisa Raynor, E.I.T. is an experienced Project Manager currently at Layton Construction since June 2019, with additional roles as Assistant Project Manager at SouthLand Constructors, Inc. and Project Engineer at W. E. O'Neil Construction. Significant projects include the Bells Bluff multifamily housing development with 402 apartments and the Belmont Village Albany senior living project, alongside experience at Walsh Construction on the Merritt Science & Health Building, a LEED Platinum facility. Alisa Raynor began their career as an intern at McKenna Engineering, supporting engineering designs and project management tasks. Alisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University, obtained in 2013.
