Yucel Tepekoy has extensive work experience in the field of GIS and technology. Yucel is currently the CEO of LAYERMARK, a GIS-based solutions provider that offers high-value benefits and exceeds client expectations. Previously, Yucel was a Managing Partner at BTG, where they implemented user-focused geographic information systems and provided quality control and testing services. Yucel also worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in financial systems for the energy sector, business systems for the health sector, and IT consulting for higher education.

Yucel Tepekoy's education history begins with their high school education at TED Ankara College, where they studied mathematics from 1981 to 1989. Following this, they attended the Middle East Technical University, also known as Orta DoÄŸu Teknik Ãœniversitesi, from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies, Yucel enrolled in Bilkent University from 1993 to 1995, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance.
