Malin Glemme started their work experience in 2002 as a Buyer Assistant at H&M. Malin then worked their way up at the company, taking on roles such as Buyer for H&M Divided Black and Manager of New Development. In 2014, they became the Global Section Head for H&M Ladies Underwear, where they were responsible for setting strategies, collections, and managing a team of 27 people. In 2015, Malin transitioned to become the CEO of Layered, a Swedish design brand specializing in rugs and upholstered furniture. Malin later became the Creative Director & Chairman of the Board at Layered, before returning to the role of CEO.
Malin Glemme has a Board Certificate from Board Company in 2022. In 2019, they obtained a Diplomerad VD from Dagens Industri. In 2014, they completed a Brand Strategy program in Marknadsföring at the Berghs School of Communication. Malin also holds a Textilekonom 120 p degree from the University of Borås, which they pursued from 1999 to 2002. Lastly, they attended Östra Reals gymnasium from 1995 to 1998, but their field of study is not specified.
