Kimberly MacArthur Graham is a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, and design writing. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Specialist at Kiewit since October 2022, Kimberly focuses on complex proposals for mega-projects in various sectors, including power generation and delivery, industrial, oil, gas, chemical, nuclear, and water. As the Owner and Principal of Layer Cake Creative Marketing Strategies from September 2009 to September 2024, Kimberly assists technical clients in effectively communicating their value through comprehensive copy editing and writing, alongside proposal and marketing collateral development. Kimberly previously operated as an independent consultant with K.M Graham Marketing Services from 2001 to 2008, while also pursuing a career in mixed-media painting. Kimberly holds a Master’s degree in Art History and Museum Studies from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art from The University of Texas at Austin.
