Sean O' Malley is a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in software management and technical support. Currently serving as a CRM System Specialist and Application Administrator at Laya Healthcare since July 2012, Sean O' Malley manages and customizes software solutions while contributing to project delivery and support. Prior to this role, Sean O' Malley worked as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst at Musgrave Group from 2010 to 2011 and has expertise in deskside support.
