Erica Sugai has extensive experience in investments and operations, currently serving at Family Office since May 2018. Additionally, Erica holds the position of Vice Chair at Coterie Holdings UK since June 2023 and serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for both Signet Hotels (UK) and Lay & Wheeler Ltd. since December 2019 and October 2019 respectively. Erica is also a member of YPO since May 2023. Prior work experience includes corporate and customer strategy at Monitor Deloitte from October 2012 to March 2018, sales at MSCI Inc. from July 2008 to May 2010, and structured finance at Nomura from June 2006 to 2008. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from The Wharton School, an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania - The Lauder Institute, and a BS in International Business and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
