Anil Hirpara is an experienced General Manager with a strong background in the diamond industry, currently serving at Laxmi Diamond PVT. LTD. since November 2020, and previously at HARI KRISHNA EXPORTS from April 2013 to October 2020. Anil possesses in-depth knowledge of diamond procurement processes, including sourcing from mining companies such as DTC and ALROSA, and specializes in aligning rough diamond procurement with client specifications while maximizing value creation. Anil holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development and Marketing from James Cook University, a Master of Social Work in Social Psychology from Bhavnagar University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saurashtra University.
