Cameron Brickhouse joined Lawrenceville in 2021 as Dean of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement. In this senior staff role, she is charged with enhancing Lawrenceville’s inclusive campus community and advancing Lawrenceville’s strategic plan for diversity, equity, and inclusion: Belonging. Building. Becoming.

Brickhouse directs Lawrenceville’s Office of Multicultural Affairs and the student-led Diversity Council. She collaborates with campus leaders, as well as parent and alumni affinity groups, to support their collective efforts to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of School life.
