Morgan Hess is currently an admissions counselor at Lawrence Technological University. Prior to this, they were a dasher for DoorDash and a student at Oakland University. Morgan has also been a general manager at Plato's Closet and waitstaff at Meadow Brook Hall.

Morgan has always been driven and motivated, as seen through their previous work experiences. Morgan is quick and efficient, especially with time-sensitive orders. Morgan is also excellent with customer service and has demonstrated this through their work at Plato's Closet where they saw a 25% increase in sales. Morgan is also excellent at managing staff, as seen through their work scheduling and delegating tasks.

Morgan Hess began their educational career at Rochester Adams High School. Morgan then went on to study psychology at Oakland University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree.
