Paris E. Althouse is a distinguished Fellow at the Center for Global Security Research at LLNL, with extensive experience in various roles at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories since 1989. Althouse coordinates international training workshops in CBRN response as the Cooperative Threat Reduction Project Coordinator and previously served as the GIPP Program Manager, overseeing a U.S. nonproliferation initiative.
