Nicholas Gamboa is an Outreach Education Facilitator at Lawrence Hall of Science, UC Berkeley, where responsibilities include teaching and facilitating informal STEM education. Nicholas served as a BUDS Facilitator, guiding high school interns through a hands-on data science program, and has experience as an Academic Intern for CS88, assisting with computer science labs. As an Amgen STEM Ambassador, Nicholas tutored underrepresented high school students in mathematics and facilitated study groups as a Peer Facilitator at the Student Learning Center. Previous roles include Public Education Specialist, teaching STEM summer camps, and Chief Academic Officer at Valley STEM, where curriculum was developed for underserved students. Nicholas is pursuing a Data Science degree at UC Berkeley, with a focus on Inequalities in Society.
