Tami Summers, MHA, RRT, RRT-ACCS, RRT-NPS, CPFT, AE-C, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Respiratory Care at AdventHealth Heart of Florida since February 2021. Tami has held multiple leadership roles, including Manager of Cardiopulmonary Services at Yale New Haven Health since November 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing a diverse range of services within the Cardiopulmonary Service Line and the Sleep Center. Additionally, Tami has experience as a Clinical Coordinator at both Yale New Haven Health and Lawrence & Memorial Hospital, managing teams of respiratory therapists. Tami has been actively involved in education as a Clinical Educator at the New England Institute of Technology since March 2013. Tami's extensive career in respiratory therapy also spans various hospitals and medical centers, beginning as a Combat Medic in the US Army. Tami holds multiple degrees in Health Care Administration and Respiratory Care Therapy from recognized institutions, showcasing a robust academic background and commitment to the healthcare field.
