Bonnie Mackenzie currently serves as the Medical Director and Attending Physician at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, focusing on acute care for ill and injured children since July 2013. Previously, Mackenzie held positions at US Acute Care Solutions and Yale New Haven Hospital, where responsibilities included providing acute care in the pediatric emergency department as both an Attending Physician and Clinical Instructor. Prior experience includes work as a per diem physician at Rhode Island Hospital and completing a Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship at Brown University's Alpert Medical School. Mackenzie also served as Pediatric Chief Resident at New York Presbyterian Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, a Pediatric Residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Medical School, and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University.
