Kristen Jacobson has extensive experience in the fields of account management, counseling, and legal assistance. Currently serving as a Commercial Account Manager at Lawley since April 2018 and previously as an Assistant Account Manager, Kristen has honed skills in client relations and account oversight. At Gateway Longview, Kristen mentors a teenager, fostering social skills and self-esteem while collaborating with families to address client needs. Prior roles include Claims Representative at Travelers and Legal Assistant at Gross Polowy Orlans, where Kristen demonstrated strong customer service and organizational abilities. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Canisius University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Buffalo State University.
