Fraser Sinclair is a seasoned professional in risk and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Risk and Compliance & MLRO at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP since March 2021, and as a Specialist CPD Trainer for the Law Society of Scotland since February 2022. Previously, Fraser held the position of AML Risk Manager and AML Risk Analyst at the Law Society of Scotland from June 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities included designing risk assessment approaches and auditing legal firms. Fraser's experience also encompasses roles at Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on AML quality control and coaching, as well as extensive academic credentials in compliance and forensic anthropology. Fraser holds an International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering and has contributed to the cryptocurrency field in AML education through the Basel Institute on Governance.
