Alistair Hill WS is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in pensions law. Currently serving as Legal Director at Brodies LLP since November 2023, Alistair is part of an award-winning team providing comprehensive legal services to pension scheme stakeholders. Alistair has been the Convenor of the Pensions Law Sub-Committee of the Law Society of Scotland since September 2019, focusing on legal reform and public policy improvements. Previously held the role of Pensions Partner at CMS UK for over two decades. Alistair also contributed to various professional organizations, including serving as Chairman of the Association of Pension Lawyers' Scottish Group and Council Member of the WS Society. Alistair's legal career commenced at Scottish Amicable and includes roles at Mercer and JCI Edinburgh, highlighting a commitment to both pensions and personal development. Alistair holds an LLB (Hons) and Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow and further education from The University of Law.
