Matt Estep is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and board leadership across multiple industries. As Managing Partner at Bosworth Capital Partners since December 2008 and Owner of Response Management Services LLC since January 2015, Matt Estep has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial skills. Additional roles include Board Member positions at L.A.W. Publications and FMT Solutions, as well as previous board involvement with EMI Porta. Notably, Matt Estep co-founded Green Thumb Industries (GTI) and served as President of Midwest Supplies. Early career experience includes engineering at Peoples Energy. Matt Estep holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
