Miguel Mickelberg is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior roles at Cyrela since April 2007, where responsibilities have included CFO, General Manager of Finance, and various controlling positions. Miguel has successfully implemented best practices for project analysis across multiple business units and played a key role in strategic planning and the introduction of new business intelligence software. In addition to current position as a member of the Finance and Investment Committee at Assaí Atacadista, Miguel serves on the board of directors for multiple companies, including Plano&Plano, Cury Construtora, and Lavvi Incorporadora. Miguel holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a postgraduate degree in Finance from FGV, and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
