Rola Homsi currently serves as Head of People & Culture at Lavoya Restaurants Group since October 2024, with previous experience as Head of People and Culture at Grubtech from March 2021 to August 2024 and Regional Manager for the same department. Rola contributed to talent acquisition as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Gulf Marketing Group from August 2020 to January 2021.
